Harley Antiques was founded over 30 years in a
small shop in South London. Rapid expansion meant that inside 4
years we had 6 shops as well as stalls in the leading London markets
of Portobello and Bermondsey.
In 1980
we made the decision to move away from London and consequently moved
to "The Comedy" in the delightful Wiltshire countryside. This
Georgian country house, set in an eight acre parkland setting
provides 8 show rooms and a Victorian palm house.
It is here where we keep, and display our vast range of antique
furniture and accessories, ranging from traditional mahogany pine
and walnut furniture, marble topped consoles to stools - in all
forms.
Our extensive collection of accessories provides everything needed,
all under on roof, from candlesticks by the hundreds to inkwells,
footbaths, table lamps, caddies and boxes to ice pails and napkin
rings.
We also have a a large collection of boxes,
including wood, inlaid, ivory, mother of pearl and tortoiseshell
together with a wide range of mirrors, decorative paintings and
prints.
We would welcome a visit, should you wish to come and choose for
